General Terms

By accessing, booking, or using any service provided by Royal Resortica, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all forms of reservations, whether made online, by phone, email, or walk-in.

Room and Stay Policies

  • Check-In: From 2:00 PM onwards

  • Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Valid government ID must be presented at the time of check-in.

  • Children under 6 years stay complimentary without extra bed (policy may vary for specific packages).

  • Guests are responsible for the safety of personal belongings. Lockers are available.

Event & Wedding Bookings

  • A non-refundable advance of 30% is required to confirm event bookings (wedding, engagement, party, etc.).

  • Remaining amount must be settled at least 7 days before the event date.

  • Any damage to property or amenities during an event will be charged to the booking party.

  • Use of external decorators, caterers, DJs or fireworks must be approved in advance.

Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or Cash.

  • Corporate clients must clear dues within the agreed billing cycle mentioned on invoice.

  • For in-room dining, spa, or other add-on services, payment must be cleared at checkout.

  • GST invoices will be provided on request.

Cancellation Policy

  • Room booking cancellations made 7 days before check-in will receive full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours are subject to 50% retention.

  • No-show guests will be charged the full amount.

  • Event/Wedding cancellations after 30% deposit are non-refundable but may be adjusted toward a future date (subject to management discretion).

Resort Rules

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms.

  • Alcohol consumption is only permitted in designated areas.

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed in rooms or banquet halls.

  • Guests must not disturb the peace of other visitors.

  • Pets are not allowed, unless pre-approved for private villa rentals or outdoor events.

Safety and Security

  • CCTV cameras are installed across key public areas for security and safety monitoring.

  • Guests must follow safety instructions during pool usage, fire drills, or emergencies.

  • In case of theft or emergency, contact the front desk or dial the in-room emergency number.

Website Use

  • All content, logos, and media on www.royalresortica.com are the intellectual property of Royal Resortica.

  • Copying, downloading, or redistributing content without permission is prohibited.

  • Our site may use cookies for better user experience. By using our site, you consent to our use of cookies.

Photography & Marketing

  • We may use photos or videos captured during events/stays at Royal Resortica for marketing purposes, unless guests opt out in writing.

  • Professional photoshoots (wedding, pre-wedding, etc.) must be pre-approved and may incur location charges.

Contact and Communication

By booking or making an inquiry, you allow Royal Resortica to contact you via call, SMS, or email for updates, confirmations, offers, or feedback.
You can unsubscribe from promotional communication by writing to booking@royalresortica.com.

Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes are subject to Lucknow jurisdiction only.

  • Guests are encouraged to escalate concerns to the resort manager for resolution before legal action.

Modification of Terms

Royal Resortica reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after such changes signifies your acceptance.
